The Crucial Steps to Patient Rapport + Retention
Building trust, confidence and a powerful intake process
It's often said that the key to practice success is RESULTS. And it's true that getting results is important. If you don't actually help people, that's a recipe for failure in business. But this actually is not the crucial key to success.
Why? Because, based on a survey of 200 acupuncturists, on average it takes 8 - 10 treatments to get results for your patients. Which means that you've got to get your patients to stick around long enough to see those results.
This means that the key to practice success is how well and quickly you can develop trust and confidence with your patients and potential patients. Because that's what will make them trust that you can actually help them, and inspire them to stick around long enough to get those results.
So let that sink in: the key is building TRUST and CONFIDENCE.
Which, I know from personal experience, can be challenging whether you're just starting out or have been in practice for years - it's hard to step into our worth, power, and confidence.
Did you know that confidence can actually be learned and cultivated? I know it can feel like something that someone just either HAS or doesn't have, but it's actually something you can learn to COMMUNICATE and cultivate.
When I learned about the Taoist concept of De, I felt like I had hit the jackpot. It's all about character cultivation to develop charisma (which translates to confidence and trust). Omg, so cool!
That's what this course is based on, as well as a coaching technique that inspires people to action.
I can't wait to share it with you.
