I took this course, begrudgingly, feeling forced into having to look into taking insurance (which from what I understood, was going to be way too hard for me). After taking this course, I started seriously considering taking insurance, because Katie's systems make it seem that do-able. Now, after also starting her Insurance Billing course, I've started the process of becoming a provider and I'm looking forward to it. Thanks Katie!
